 I am writing to express my knowledge of Michael Biss’ technical prowess. I have been working in systems development and management for the last 10 years, including projects involving small and large scale hardware and software deployments. I have known Michael since he was 12, and witnessed his early entry into computers. He set up his own enterprise that successfully constructed, sold and supported individual computer systems and small networks for a variety of customers in the Lower Mainland. He has deployed systems running both Windows and UNIX operating systems. He even had his company Web site up long before Web pages became common.
