today is the day ive lost a person whos shaped my life in every way.i cant say how upset i am or how long it will take to accept .since i was 6 or 7 he was the reason i fell in love with music and dance and became who i am today.its funny how some1 you never met can have such a dramatic impact in your life and i no im speaking for millions.he shaped my personality big time by how true to himself he always was even when asked those questions time and time and time again, yet he always had the same answer and said what he felt (even if our insecure society wudnt accept it).Youd be a complete fool not to believe his sincerity.Hes humble and always credited the greats such as fred astaire, james brown ,jackie wilson, the supremes, gene kelly, the nickolas brothers, jeffry daniiels ,poppin taco and many more .he always believed he wasnt as good as he really was and could be better which thru me but at the same time made so much sense.People who have anythin bad to say about him are just uneducated and are quick to judge.he taught me to write people like that off and he is so right.i can honestly say i broke down and when i went to bed last nite i looked around my room to discover my walls covered with memories of em .from posters to books to cds to even my artwork-i then realised that he was really gone and cried myself to sleep.please respect the true legend in every sense he is, and remember all he did for real hip hop aswell as everything else (hes just not a public speaker like bono or geldof).god bless em,his family and now especially his kids who lost a great dad.REST IN POWER .love you man .bazzy b.

he was a legend among men. whether directly or indirectly, he had an impact on all our lives. dont be sad that he's gone, but happy that he meant so much to you and played a part in who you are today. he will never be forgotten, and im sure he knows that as he looks down on us all.xxx

One summer evening in 1980 when i was 10 yrs old an older neighbor of mine placed her brand new stereo speakers at her bedroom window and blasted the album off the wall out on to the square. there were many different age groups of kids playing in the square that evening , after the first 10 seconds of dont stop till you get enough everyone dropped their skipping ropes and footballs and our street turned into a night club, everyone was dancing and laughing. this seemed so natural at the time but when i look back now things like this just dont happen anymore. thank god for council estates in the 80s. this was a moment in my life i will never forget and it was all thanks to michael jackson. Ive been a fan ever since.
