	yep, been in hospital for 9 whole days. it really does suck, but not as hard as it could. met someone to spend most of the time with, so at least it's not lonely. had one of the odder, but definately not unpleasant moments of my life today, which has cheered me up no end. been getting plenty of visitors, which is nice, as they break up the day nicely. geraint even lent me his gameboy, so i have something to occupy my hands with. top credit to Dr Thomas; not only is she insanely pretty and a snappy dresser, she's funny and talkative and has made more effort than any of the other doctors to keep me informed of what's going on. she's got such tiny FREEZING hands though. the endocrinologist dr. whitley also deserves mention for not treating me like a complete fucking idiot. i guess they kind expect they've faced their fair share of retards, so they have to talk assuming their patients are a bit ffick. just one last thing though, why do all these highly trained professionals use cutesy names for body parts? no doctor,you may not shove a pipe up my 'willy' YOU can shove whatever you like up my penis, though. don't need lube either doc, i like it ROUGH *RAWR* and 'tummy'? what the fuck is with that? i haven't heard it called that since i was a toddler. brought this up with my favorite doc, and was reeling off synonyms. 'crap factory' was found to ellicit giggles. hugh. out.
