	Dear friends and family- I am writing this blog to tell you all how much I love you. Even if I told you everyday, it would not be enough. I have recently reconnected to an old friend who I knew all the way back to high school. We found that we both had changed and that life had taken its toll on both of us, but that deep down we were both the same sweet people inside. There is something revealing about reconnecting to people from your past. They have special insight to quirks and inconsistecies that you might not want to acknowledge. They have a belief in you that maybe others don't, and they have memories that, while sometimes bittersweet, can link people together through years of separation. I am grateful to this friend from my past for allowing the reemergence of this relationship. While the image may be cliche, it holds true. We were both caterpillars, spent time apart in our cocoons, and now we can come out, fully formed, and ready to fly. I am making a request that each person who gets this message understand how important their friendship means to me. Thank you for recognizing who I am and still loving me. Thank you for forgiving, overlooking, and understanding. A little sentimental today- Robin

	Hey Robin, I agree, it can be bittersweet seeing old friends and thinking back to our younger days. We all reflect on the things we did and said, and wish we could re-do.(If we had it to do over again, knowing what we know now). I think its refered to the school of life and hard knocks. I'm glad my friends and family love me and forgive my mistakes. Love conquers all! You are loved! Dad
