	What can I say but a big big thanks to everyone!!!!!! Dundee you got talent++++++++++ Everyone involved deserves recognition for all their hard work that made Dazfest09 Dundee a success. Off to Belfast on Monday- so will be promoting Dazfest to our Irish Friends!!! Dazfest T' shirt( hopefully) will be winging it's way to Toronto, Canada on Thursday 21st May

	Dazfest09 Kirkconnel Miners Welfare Hall	250 Tage her
	Friday 20th March 2009. The gig started off with Kirkconnel Youth Pipe Band (www.bebo.com/Kirkconnelpipes) playing outside the venue. The host with most Barry gave each act a great intro. The acts were:- ROOM 16- these lads are phenomenol- check them out at www.bebo.com/Room16band. The local Le Roc dancers were groovy Baby.... Calmly Going Krazy are a femaletastic duo. (www.bebo.com/CGK-Rock) Girls you will get many, many more gigs if you keep playing like that. Danielle and her dancers certainly have the moves. Check them out at www.diamondschoolofdance.co.uk What can I say about the act who closed the event. Thank you Robert Shieilds - what a voice. This guy is outstanding. It was a pleasure to have you perform at Dazfest09. (www.robertshields.co.uk) All I can say is Oh what a Night!!!! 	Dazfest08	360 Tage her
	This year's DazFest event took place in Fat Sam's and attracted 450 young people from throughout Dundee and beyond. The event featured performances from 4 young Dundee bands,2 young DJs, dancers from Showcase the Street as well as Bex and Demi the comperes. The event collected considerable publicity with extensive features, before and after the event, in both local papers. The event was supported by Tayside Police, Dundee City Council, The Prince's Trust Young Carers Project and numerous other agencies and services.
