	*smoothes it back again in case you didn't like that!* Just a very quick update to let you know that the very lovely Postcode have invited me to support them at their album launch at The Traf this Friday. It would be lovely to see you there if you can make it *bats eyelashes* Since a little over a week ago the Indigo family has grown to include my new baby creation - Flying. He's brand new and his first words were a demand to be put on the album with the others, so that's where he is. Never let it be said that my kids don't get their own way Flying is a song about how struggly life can feel sometimes and how, just when you're right in the middle of the struggliest bit (if you're very very lucky and all the stars are aligned) then you meet a someone who makes it all seem easy. Cos they're amazing and stuff and they think you're amazing too and they do ace things like play guitar and build your Kinder Egg toys for you *ahem* That's enough sharing for one day eh? Come to the gig (thank you please), drink Jack Daniel's (but don't try and keep up with me, you will only fail) and get in amongst the Postcode crew as they launch ZebraLand. Kids? 	Hey Thought I'd tell you Beboites about this on here cos I've got more friends here than on my official page.... *hint hint* There is now - upon a request from Dani - a demo of Love You from my album Indigo on my MySpace. So go here - www.myspace.com/clarabarker - listen to it, smile and say nice things to me on the internet so the bossman sees how much you all adore me (ha ha) and agrees that I need to go to New York to play for the people there *beam* This is the last song I wrote for the album, it got born inside my head a few weeks after we started production and I was compelled to grovel to my producer and ask if we could (purlease!) sneak it on as a last minuter. I'm glad we did because it's such a cute summery song and people say nice things about it and they think that I am nice when I sing it. I'm not though. I'm horrible I really do take honey in my coffee though....... Quote of the week.... "I love my cherry chocolate cake" My Dad, singing his version of Love You (bless! Love you Daddy! xxx) So apart from that, and another plea for you to befriend me on MySpace, join the FaceBook group TeamIndigo and tell everyone you ever meet to do the same (hey, this album isn't gonna promote itself!) all I need to do here is wish you Happy Sunday and send you *love* Clara xxxx

Care of Princess I'm just having a mess about with a tracklisting for the album and thought I'd put it on here so I remember. The songs are all taking shape now, each one of them telling us which way they want to grow so I'm getting ideas about how I want it to flow, and the journey I want to take you on when you listen to it. 	Hey y'all! Sorry I haven't updated in a while, I've been busy turning 31, getting thinner, suiting about at work and being in the studio. "Wishing" isn't quite ready yet but this is the nearest thing we've got to a finished track and I thought it was about time there was some sharing. We're pretty proud of it and we'd love to hear what you think. 	Hiya kids! Team Indigo has broken up for the holidays - it's TT Week here and the island is mad busy with noisy motorbikes, leather clad bikers and people drinking in the sunshine. I've been mostly trying to rest due to the arrival of a mystery illness dubbed 'Frank the Bastard' who robbed me of my appetite and my energy since Sunday. Once TT is over I'm heading to Malta for some *serious* R&R with my little brother (jaysus help me!) before we get back in the studio and push forwards for our planned release date of 'Autumn' We've got a 12 track album all recorded to guide level and most of the songs are on their second or third coat of paint. We've thrown some big ideas at songs like Wishing, Writer's Block and Space Cadet which seem to be sticking and the songs are really taking on their personalities. I'm looking forward to introducing you to some of the newer tracks - in particular Indigo and BedSong which I rarely play live and most of you won't have heard yet. Woooo, citing! The genius that is Phil Reynolds is coping well with being my producer and managing to exceed expectations and deliver the goods despite being faced with instructions like 'more campfirey' and requests such as 'can I have an army of fit cowboys in the video?'...... the silly fecker even lets me loose on the xylophone. Rawr! So it's all smiles from TeamIndigo Thank you all so much for being on board and being a friend, it's lovely to feel your support on this here wee corner of the internet.
