Hello all, Its been a while since I last checked in so here I am. After the amazing reaction we received from our albums 'Hidden Track' being featured on the season finale of MTV's Newport Harbour over in the states, I am pleased to let you know that the episode will be airing here in the UK on Sunday at 7.30pm on MTV One. We also have 'Remind Me To Miss You' and 'Too True' featured on episodes of the ABC show Kyle XY which airs in January.
It feels like things are falling nicely into place ready for 2008, which incidentally will be our year! December 10th is the worldwide iTunes release date for "The Start" ep. I feel like the boy who cried wolf when it comes to release dates but some things are just out of our hands, trust me, come December 10th all your Christmas gift worries will be solved.
We are set to launch the official Headway website in the coming weeks aswell, we are cramming it with content, pictures, videos, reviews, full lyrics, free downloads, and setlists, basically anything we can think of and any suggestions you have too. There will also be a webstore where you can grab Headway merchandise.
The recent shows have been great, as was the tour with Harrisons who were great lads and a great band. Many thanks to our good friend Dane, who helped us out on Keyboards for those dates while Tom welcomed his first child. The show at Junction 7 in Nottingham last week was great, I know i say it all the time but it was my favourite show in a long time. We gave debut live outings to the 'Hidden Track' which went down great and a semi new song called 'Any Second Now' which we are hoping to give away as a free download when we launch the website.
With plays on radio both here and in America and possibly (fingers crossed...everybody!) some great tours on the way, the future certainly looks bright. See you all soon. DW
