| Both the album and single are now out! So go buy!!! Get those tushies down to HMV and get your dirty mitts on a copy! Or two! (One for granny.) Things are a little strange at the moment…I will post up a blog when I know more clearly what’s going on. But in the mean time go buy the album!! LEGALLY!! I am doing a fun two week acoustic tour around l'angleterre starting on the 20th March at Mr Wolfs in Bristol and ending at De-bees in Winford, Cheshire on the 31st. (See Amy's web pages for the full list of tour dates.) Me and Connor are renting a little camper van and doing a road trip. Should be great fun!!! Come down to a gig or two and hear us making that noise we like to make! Lastly, if anyone knows any brilliant places to visit or go and eat, in the places we are playing please post up on my pages! Whether it be a devils chimney or an amazing swimming pool if you reckon it is worth a look let me know!! I'm secretly hoping someone will get back to me saying there is a freak show in town or a scary man in a shop I have to witness. I love the weird stuff so bring it on!! Anywhere haunted? | Hey all! Both the single and the physical album now are going to be out on 1st March. Sorry for all the changing around. (The digital album is available the week before, on 22nd Feb though.) I went to the Brits after party and was standing right next to the Kings of Leon. Their albums have been the sound track to my last year and I love their music so much, so it was MASSIVE to party with them. I should have a load more acoustic gigs coming up all over the place soon so keep your eyes peeled! And keep checking back to my pages! xxx | ||||

| Hey all! Not sure if anyone caught it? I was interviewed live on the BBC News 24 channel (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F_uAX.... Very scary but I did enjoy it. Never really know how to present myself so I just end up either looking a fool or coming across quite shy. I think this one was a ‘shy’ one. But I figured that is better than coming across like some overly enthusiastic industry slag trying to greasily sell my album. And about the single…. if anyone can’t wait for the single to be released, the video for nice boys is available to buy shortly. The single is coming very soon, two weeks and counting! Amy xxx P.S Something for you all to laugh about. I got ID'd for buying a 12 certificate movie. Yes that's right. 12! The woman was quite horrible about it and genuinely thought I was no more than 11 years old! She took quite a bit of convincing plus the proof of my driving license (of which she checked 3 times!) before she begrudgingly let me buy the DVD. | ||||

| I’ve been flat/house hunting at the moment as I feel I need a fresh start for the New Year, someplace new. My mate Lisa Moorish is dj’ing at the met bar tonight so I am off for a boogie and I have been doing a few interviews recently. I did a Sunday Post interview the other day, which I think went well. Not sure when that will be out… My granny is really sick in the hospital so I went down to see her this last weekend. It was pretty upsetting. It doesn’t look very good but then she is 96 and has had a pretty good innings. All my love and thoughts to her. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I’m going down to Guilford to rehearse with Conner tomorrow and get back into the swing of things, as I am a bit rusty. I hope to start playing gigs again soon! Fingers crossed! I got my albums in the post a few days ago, which was AMAZING. Can’t believe it really exists! | Hey all! I have been having this recurring dream over the last week. All different variations of the same theme- being chased and hunted. One of them involved the cast of Shameless coming after me. They break into my home and I escape out my window and run through my street, to my car and start to drive as fast as I can. But when my feet reach for the pedals I think I have forgotten which one is the break (because two are now clutches and one is an accelerator and there is nothing I can do to stop). I desperately press at the spongy pedals but they are useless. In the dreams there is nothing I could do to get away. But yet I never quite get caught. Even if it seems I am caught and it is hopeless, I manage to just slip through their grasp. I have been having variations of the same dream; different places, different people hunting me. Anyone know anything about dreams? If you do I would love to know! Back to business! I am putting up a behind the scenes thing from the Nice Boys shoot, which was kindly put together by the lovely Ed. (Whom I have been told is soon to be no longer working with this project, off to travel the world! So thank you Ed for everything you have done for me. You are brilliant!) I hope you enjoy it. A tad embarrassing. A few laughs at my expense. Also! From the 26th Feb my video will be available on iTunes if that be your fancy! XXX | ||||

| Yesterday I went down to Delga Groups factory in Rochester and was shown around by a lovely fellow and got to see my album being printed! AMAZING! So f**king happy!!! It is looking H.O.T. (how very American of me!) I also learnt that the word chav comes from Rochester because of a place called Chatham pronounced with a v in the middle, so Chavam. I do like little nuggets of information! I always wondered where the word came from too. If you have any little nuggets of your own post them up! News! 1) The full video is now out! Go and watch me making a tit of myself and go leave me a little comment and let me know what you think! 2) To start fresh, my helpful chums at my digital department have re-skinned my myspace page so it should be looking spangley and new, just for you. (and me) I have also just been told the The Box and Bubble Hits TV music channels have just added me to there new play list! Coming to a TV near you people! Go and tell everyone you know about the new up and coming single and make sure they and you buy it on the 1st March! Very important! If this single does well, it gives my record company the incentive to pay for tours, more singles with new videos not to mention the possibility that I will be able to make another album. I have fought so hard for this one to get it to this stage. Help me with these last pushes! I will be eternally grateful! Thank you! xxxx | ||||

| Hello all! Thank you for your lovely comments on my new pictures. I am very happy with them. Feel free to continue to pour any spare gratuitous praise upon them (me) if you fancy it, my fragile little ego (about the size of a small grape) needs a little nurture and love. Soooooo things are heating up. I have put up the teaser for the new Nice Boys video, which my friend Ed kindly did! Thank you Ed! Go to my myspace page to have a look! I wouldnt want to emasculate you, unless specifically requested. x Anyway, I hope you all had a brilliant New Years. Mine was R.U.B.B.I.S.H. Home alone, no dog, ill and then at the hospital because one of my eyes dilated more than the other and I made the mistake of looking it up on the internet and in my terror thought it best to avoid the imminent stroke that was about to strike and go to the hospital. I was promptly (and rather snidely) laughed out of there by the doctor who looked at me like a hypochondriac and said if I was still concerned I should contact and optometrist IN A YEAR. Went home and to bed. It made it into the top 10 worst New Years ever. Post up your terrible tales if anyone thinks they can contend or beat that! Just you try! But OK, no stories of being in a poverty crisis in a Third World country or something like that, that is an unfair advantage (bet you never imagined someone saying that!) | I've been slacking so didnt do another blog last week (which may have been a bit much anyway). Instead I had a little Christmas do at my house, ate a lot and dabbled with hibernation. A new video of behind the scenes footage is going up the first week of January to start the year off on the right pinkie. How exciting you say! Well yes! It is very exciting! So watch out for that. But even bigger than that, 3 new press shots (from the Andy Fallon shoot) are going up as we speak! Leave me a comment and tell me how stupid, ravishing or whatever it or I look like. | So! I have been seriously busy and have started to turn into a bit of a recluse (if I wasnt already enough of one already!). I have been designing the artwork for the album sleeve as well as writing the thank yous, checking the track details, and all the rest of what needs to go into making this album, as well as dealing with a very sick dog. (Freddy had some sort of gastritis- projectile vomiting everywhere. All down the couch, fireplace and bed. Nice!) So with one sicky hand and one chalk covered hand I have been rolling around my flat in circles attempting to pull it all, including myself, together! Right, so I am putting up a little 30-second clip of the single Nice Boys up on myspace and I will also be putting up the new singles artwork as my profile picture for your delectability! Also I will put up the first lot of behind the scenes photos from the video (the rest to come in the weeks following!). Things are going to start happening now so keep checking back to my pages for all the latest. Also, that Whos Jack magazine shoot I did for their December clothing issue is now out online now!
