| Attica Rage OWNED Hammerfest!! | Il y a 217 jours | ||

| The mighty Attica Rage played the second stage of the phenomenal event that was Hammerfest in Prestatyn at the weekend. They arrived on stage to their entire crowd chanting "ATTICA, ATTICA" and the atmosphere was electric! Their set started at noon, and they gave Pontins a furious wake up call! Their crowd started at 500, quickly rising to a 900 strong feast of glorius moshers headbanging, singing and chanting their name. All who were there loved the set, and it was approved by Rock Radio don TOM RUSSELL who praised the boys for their performance. The guys also played their acoustic set, 'Acoustica Rage' on the Jaegermeister stage (which was an effin' brilliant idea as the weather was tremendous) and were also received brilliantly by the crowd. Special mention to the fan who proudly exclaimed: "You're the ULTIMATE metal band! You've got Dave Mustaine (Stevie Bell), Zakk Wylde (Jay Rage), and Kerry King (Big C)!" Oh the brilliance. The queue for their signing was a mile long (probably) and the various fans who had their legs, backs, boobs and bits signed (many of them ripping the Rage's posters off the wall to be signed!) were fantastic! Hail you guys! Also, a wee hello to the Waylander boys who were signing at the same time, you guys rawk! Many, many photos are coming in, they shall start appearing here very soon. | The ball is rolling out from behind the scenes and into the public... Hammerfest in Wales in April (with Saxon, Opeth, BFMV... hunners!) Bannermans in Edinburgh in May (Thursday 14th) Cathouse in Glasgow in May (Friday 15th) And the latest confirmed gig is in Manchester at Grand Central on Friday 7th May Awesome venue in an awesome city, so feel free to head along. English folk, ye have no excuse! Scottish and Welsh folk, ROADTRIP!!
