Ps, that wasn't me that said that.

Anyway, enjoy. Booyakasha.

Alex Quatermain's How to Breakhace 1035 días

Hello everyone.

I am pleased to announce that the Alex Quatermain mixtape "How to Break" is now back online. After many problems I have now found a reliable site to host the album.

It is avaliable from this link:

http://tinyurl.com/32785f

The link is also given on the albums section, under Alex Quatermain's How to Break.

Please download it and tell me what you think. It is a very special mix, not only perfectly beatmatched, but also with added goodies along the way.

What are you waiting for, download.

Do I need to remind you, it's free music.

Yes Free.

And unlike Limewire, the fed's won't come after you for it.

Are you still here????

UNEXPECTED MUSIC ERROR * * *hace 1037 días

Ok everyone, I have gone and deleted all songs playing at double speed. This is why the songs section is looking a bit bare, but I can guarantee that the ones up there are cracking (actually the ones deleted were too, but nvm)

So enjoy, and please let us know what you think, feedback is critical, because you are our audience, and we are constantly writing. We may look into some sort of reward for people that comment such as a downloadable album or something, so you can hear the songs on your iPod/computer/stereo.

Anyway speak soon,

Alex (currently helping rob down from his high horse.

UNEXPECTED MUSIC ERROR * * * hace 1043 días

It appears that most if not all the tracks on darkneonrecords are playing at TWICE the speed they are supposed to.
I take this opportunity to ask that no-one listen (or atleast judge) these tracks while they are in this state.

I am now in hostile negotiations with BEBO to remedy this situation as soon as possible. Because the songs sound shit like this.

I will let you ALL know when this situation is resolved.

BOOYA.

RWilson, currently residing on his high horse.

Attention Groupies (aka: Cool Guys)hace 1050 días

Why don't you leave a little comment on your next visit, perhaps to tell me of a particular track you like, or dis-like, ask if there's any other particular style that you'd like to hear, ask how my sore arm is or any other particularly interesting subject.

Remember, without groupies, there's not an audience. And without an audience, I'm playing to nobody. So you guys are the guys that count.

So, without further hesitation, express your creative thoughts and let your musical juices flow...the comment box is there for a very good reason.

Welcome to the darkNEON evolution. :)

BAD for your HEARThace 1051 días

Most of the tracks currently enlisted for darkneonrecords are from the "Bad for your Heart" album, composed and performed by Robert Wilson.
They were all crafted and sequenced on a powerful (if slightly old-ish) synthesizer called the Roland VA-7.
No computers or music making programs were used in the creation of all these tracks - and the composer would be willing to pay a certain price for a genuine Manual for the Roland VA-7 - as he doesn't have one!
