They have limited our access to our fans on here, and made it nearly impossible to actually find the band, or any other unsigned bands for that matter! | It has been just over a week since the release of our latest digital single "Your Web", and the promo video to go with it, and people seem to like it, so that is always a good thing!! This was also of course Padraich's debut within the Vampyrouss ranks, and coincidentally it was his birthday this weekend too, so happy birthday to him, and we are really happy and proud to have him in the band with us! Unfortunately for me however, I spent most of last week and all of this weekend feeling deathly ill and partially deaf due to some kind of flu that is going around... not such a great thing when I have a lot of work to do recording my vocals!! But, all of the guitar parts are recorded now, waiting for me to roughly mix (unless we think of anything else to add later), and then it will be time to record the final vocals! I can't wait to let myself go with this and really push myself, as well as try as many things as possible! Usually I have just recorded a couple takes and used the best ones... but this time I really want to think about every single utterance and syllable and how I can get the story across best through my various narrations! So, although we were nearly finished a while ago, with the recording of guitars, and illness, we are a bit behind schedule, but considering we have a new member to the band I think it's pretty good going really! | With the recording of the new CD well under way we'd like to announce the details of the first advanced single which we will be releasing next month. The song is entitled "Your Web" and is a great example of how Vampyrouss is sounding in 2008! | Just a short message to let everyone know that Vampyrouss is no longer a 4-piece, we have added to our ranks Padraich Anthony The Lange as our new guitarist! During our first rehearsal with him this Saturday we worked out guitar parts for about 7 or so Vampyrouss songs, mainly the new ones, but also a couple of old classics! Of course this means he will be recording the guitars for the new Mini Album once we have rehearsed and adjusted for it! | Well, its been a long time since an update on Bebo, but it has been a busy time for the band! We have finished recording the bass guitar, drums, keyboards and orchestral passages for the new CD. So we should be finished with the recording over the next 2 weeks give or take, if all goes to plan! We should have an advance single from the CD with its accompanying video released this Summer, so we'll have more information on that as we progress! | Happy Easter from Vampyrouss! We have been extremely happy with the reception of the new Digital Single "Love Will Tear Us Apart", our cover of the classic Joy Division song. It is currently number 2 in the Soundclick Rock Cover Songs Chart, so lets get it to the top spot!! Shooting the music video was the most fun we've had in ages, not just in the band, but in general too! We are currently demoing about 10-12 songs for our next CD, I've nearly finished writing the lyrics and then we shall get onto rehearsing like mad before likely recording in the Summer! We may do another one off single in the next couple months, we'll see how things go, so if you guys want something new... demand it!
