Dear Timepiece editor,

UNNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR

We have been most concerned to recieve a letter from a village resident, who was shocked and horrified by a recent event im St.Teath When young teenagers fueled by alcohol, set about trashing the villiage green, and generally creating havoc.
"The village green was covered in broken glass, "For Sale" signs and shrubs from nearby gardens. The amount of broken glass was amazing. The plaques on the benches were removed, and rubbish was thrown everywhere. Sevral elderly people had stones thrown at thier windows, which frightend and upset them. Did the parents of these young people know where their children were and what they were doing? Did they know how drunk they were?" This behaviour should not be tolerated, and although most the crowd were from outside the villiage some of them live here. It is not our policy to "name and shame" but neither do we condone this lawless, and any future episodes will not be treated so lightly.
