Im just posting to tell you lot where things are right now, At recent gigs a Bassist named 'Mike' has taken over bass duty, Mike just like Charlie lives the straight edged lifestyle meaning that half the band are 'straight edged', The new EP is available to order from http://ww.kotowband.com please order a copy or two. | Hey everybody, our new 4 track demo "Riff Army Riot" has been recorded and is now being mixed by Rich and GinG of the band. Expect the new demo to be mastered and manufactured in the next 2 weeks. You will be able to buy it along with brand new merch (including stickers/shirt etc) at our next gig (15th October @ the Iguana) so be there! Also the Kotow Army is coming along nicely, and will be completed around the same time as the demo (making the new demo coupled with dodgy internet companies has slowed the process). We have some great gigs coming up including the Peel, the Iguana and the Cartoon, plus some more coming later in the year so keep your eyes posted. | Just to let you know things are still happening, KOTOW just played a gig in South Wales which i was very privilaged to be at (thanks to Charlie and Bog for picking me up and driving me to the gig) the band seemed to put on a better show than all the others on the bill photos are available at http://www.ugpphotography.co.uk/koto... the band from what ging told me are about to work on a new demo which they hope to evolve into a full length album. remember keep spreading the word much love grant - Leader of street team operations in Wales | ||||

| Oksh, instead of just listening to the music on this page and on MySpace. I'm going to see if the band will realese some EPs or CDs that can be sent out for £3 or so. Obviously because Royal Mail are bitches it might cost more, although I can assure you, it's worth it. I just recieved my EP of Seek Medical Advice today, and it's fucking great. Also got a letter from the Kotow boys. Very nice of them. But yeah, I'll see what we can do with releasing some music. However, if it does happen, remember they are releasing this music through themselves, so don't expect the CD booklet thingy to be bulging with bonus shit. Also, I recently was talking to Charlie and GinG about merchandise, such as t-shirts and hopefully badges / stickers etc. If and when I get more news on this rest assure you will be kept posted. As we are hoping to spread the word about Kotow in the UK and further. However, I am not promising anything. Thanks to everyone who's supported Kotow and has taken an interest in their music. | Okay, it's been a long time since we've updated this blog, so I suppose it needs a bit of writing done to it. The gig in Wales went very, very well. Kotow would like to thank everyone who went along to that gig and Charlie says it was so good that he felt that "we were the main event". I spoke to GinG and Charlie after the gig and they loved every minute of it. Hopefully there will be more gigs coming up soon. Also, I'm hoping to do an interview with either Charlie or GinG on the band. Check back regularly to see if it's happened! Thanks Kotow Soldiers, Colinx and Kotow | ||||

| KOTOW have just signed a contract lasting 3 years with Turbulent Soundscape, this contract will allow the band to get support slots for bigger bands than they currently gig with, more information soon. | ||||
