Hey everyone in the land of Bebo.

there's been alot of things happen since we last updated with our new recordings, hope your all enjoying them by the way.


We have, sadly, parted ways with Karl Ficarotta. If was a tough choice for all of us, but we felt we we're just growing apart and that it was the right thing to do.

Karl gave us a good 2 and a half years of fun and some of the best gigs we've played and we wish him well on whatever project he moves onto next.


What next for us? Well me Dan and Ben are going to continue practicing and writing songs together, and will very soon be auditioning a new bass player and then singer.

It'll be a while yet before we hang up our instruments

After having many problems with bebo not letting me upload mp3 files again... i've managed to get our 3 new tracks up on here.

They are the top 3 in our song list, "Another Hill To Climb", "Better Off" and "P.S..."

We have just finished or week in Beehive Studio.

It went a little better than we expected, and we have down the music and lead vocals to three songs. The songs are still far from finished though, and will take us some more time to get everything done. The songs are sounding awesome though and we can't wait to get them finished.
We will be posting some photos we took during the week, so look out for them.

We shall let you know when the new tracks are nearing completion.

Hey

Just wanted to keep you all updated on what has been happening in the world of Final Evolution.

We didn't get through to the next round of the Bodog Battle unfortunately, but it was good while it lasted. We did get to play at the Carling Academy in Birmingham !!!! (photos will be uploaded soon) So thanks to everyone that voted throughout.

We are in the studio again for another week at the end of this month. We are hoping to record 3 or 4 new tracks. However, due to us not all being able to make it that week we will probably only get to finish one of the songs. We will then re-book ourselves in to finish the others when we can, what can i say, you can't rush perfection!

We are also hoping to get some more promo photos taken soon, because as they say, image is everything, or so it would seem.
I will keep you all posted as more news developes.

Bodog City Final - Voting has began...684 Tage her
 
Hey all

thanks for help vote us nack into the city finals of the bodog battle. It was last night and we got the chance to play in the Birmingham Carling Acadamy. But its not over yet...

We need as many people as possible to keep voting for us. if you voted last time you already know how to do it. only this time you need to find the 17/01/08 show and vote for us.

if you didnt vote before... simply go to www.newbodogbattle.com, click register as a fan , which is in the top right corner, and follow the instructions. Once thats done click on shows, then past shows OR wildcard, doesnt matter which, and find the 17/01/08 show which is the Birmingham City Finals. On there you should see our name and a little vote icon next to it. You can vote on here once every 24, so make sure you do it everyday and we can make sure we stay in this competition.

Thanks again for all your help in the past. If any of you are around our area on the 25th we've got our first local gig in a while, and hopefully with a new member joining us. So come along to the Bridgy Rugby Club on the 25th, should be a great night

on Sunday we played in the 2nd round of the Bodog Battle of the bands, sadly we didnt get through that round... but all is not lost

if you want to help us succeed in winning this big competition we can still get back in to the next round.

all you have to do is register on the website and vote for us to go into the next round.

once registered you need to go to shows, and then past shows and find the 25th of November one. On that you should find our name with vote next to it. You can vote once EVERY 24 hours and we really need to get back into this.

Your help in this would be REALLY appreciated

hope you can all get us back in the competition and closer to winning that recording contract

hey

I've finally managed to upload 3 of our new songs from our week in Beehive Studios. i've had to use a different computer but i did it! :L

So 'Prove', 'The Pull Of The Tide' and 'If I Die Tonight' and now on here for you to listen to. Check them out and let us know what you think of them.

There will be some videos of our time in the studio uploaded soon too.


On a different note... our gig in Birmingham for the Bodog Battle Of The Bands went much better than we thought. We got through to the next round on the 25th of November, will let you know more when i know something..

we've now finished our week at Beehive Studio. I've just tryed putting the tracks up but havning a few problems... they will be up in the next couple days so come and check back for them.

Hey

very shortly we will be starting our new 4 track cd. It will include 'Prove' which we've played at a few of our acoustic gigs, 'Pull Of The Tide' which has only been heard by us and my gran at the mo (we practice in her shed.. haha) and 2 songs which havn't been given a name yet.

We enter the studio on Monday the 10th of September and leave on the 14th. Expect something a little different from what you've heard so far. But not too different...

We've just got back the pictures we had taken by LDK Photography. Go check 'em out, we're really pleased with how they've come out.
