I'm pleased to announce that "On A Warm Sea of Love" has been contracted by The Wild Rose Press. This is the second novel I wrote and features a young widow and her happily married sister who embark on a Caribbean cruise. As they meet several handsome men-a romantic Scots ship's officer and a debonair Dutch entrepeneur, her sister tries to
make a match, but our heroine balks at men--especially men who go out
to sea as her husband was lost off an Alaskan fishing trawler many
years before. She also has to contend with the fact that her dearly
departed young husband, who hasn't yet managed to actually "depart,"
has decided to accompany her on the cruise. While he provdes running
commentary on the men, he struggles to let her go and makes it that
much more difficult for our heroine to find new love with a real live man.

"A Train through Time," the time travel I submitted was accepted by The Wild Rose Press. It will be part of their Vintage line, stories from the twentieth century. Yeah!!! I was sweating it. You never know. Like everyone else, I've had my fair share of rejections, even after I was published, so...like I said...you never know.

I'm still plugging along on my romantic suspense. It's going well, but slow. I'm not sure why. I've never actually written a book in the town I currently live in, so maybe I'm hexing myself. Perhaps I should put it aside and wait till I'm off on my new summer adventure (wherever that is) before I write it.

However, I'll continue plugging along to see how it works out!
