My dad booked the party bus for my birthday, last night.
The day before, He called to confirm the time 8.30
The bus arrived at 8.15, when we were out for a meal, stayed for like 2mins and fucked off.
Called them, to ask what was going on, and staff were unhelpful. Had to arrange another way home. Complete waste of time.
