Thanks for ur message...yes all is going really well at the moment...have just come back from the second weekend of a shamanic practitioners course I have been doing and we were learning about the celebration of death and rebirth...it was facinating...I'm not afraid of death anymore and it's also a great thing knowing that I can be there to help any loved ones pass over in a more loving and humanistic way...I'm currently learning about crystals and how they work but I'm just starting if u have any interesting sites or kinowledge of the subject I would be very grateful....hope all is well for you also...love and light..Lizzy

I'm so glad I found something like this on bebo...I have been waiting so long for this..I am practising Shamanism at the moment and have always been connected to non-ordinary states of reality....my dreams have been troubled lately....I keep waking up with the feeling that I'm about to choke or swallow what feels like a marble or a ball...I can feel like I'm swallowing the marble I can feel it goin down my asophogus and into my stomach...I know this isnt the case but it wakes me up almost every night...can you help me understand what this means for me??..thank you..love and light...Elizabeth..

It's great to know someone else is into the Angels too.I recently met Lorna Byrne...she wrote ANGELS IN MY HAIR...i burst out crying the minute i sat beside her....she signed a prayer from her book for me and when i left i felt soooo calm..weird or what ????love the page.
