(( Sorry this has been so long to get to, but I'm back for you <3 ))

Stuck in class - on his own - Jason glanced out of the window, letting out a frustrated breath before half-heartedly writing notes from the board. This day seemed to drag on even more thanks to the fact that his best friend being absent. He hated the days when her dad kept her away from school - and him. He missed her. And although this was something he'd never admit, it was still painfully true.

Once the school bell chimed - indicating the end of the day - Jason was the first person to bolt from the class and to the carpark. He jumped into his old 1970 red Chevy and started it up with a bang. Literally. He chuckled lightly as a few new students dived to the floor clutching their heads, the rest he ignored as they yelled for him to fix it up. He would - he had the capability to. But if he did, he wouldn't have the joy of scaring people daily. He reversed with a spin before driving out to where he knew Avery would be - on her horse.

Seeing her, he stopped the truck and jumped out, heading infront of it and leaning against it and it's warm radiator. "Hey" he shouted to her

When asked about why he had never admitted his feelings for the brunette in the past, no hesitation formed as he answered her question as if he already had the answer for that question. "You said it yourself... You could never go for a guy like me". Of course he was referring to the time she had admitted she would never go with a guy like Jason... that she could only remain friends with someone like him and that was all. Feeling as if he shouldn't even be in the same room, The young FBI Agent found himself raising to his feet with a stumble before making his way towards the door, although on the way he may have stumbled knocking the odd thing or two but he did open the door even though he was in no fit state to be up.

When the brunette helped him into her apartment, this caused him to glance towards her as he listened to the words she spoke but how could she not see that he cared for her beyond partners?
How could she not see that he cared for her in only ways in which a boyfriend could?
Noticing the shock laced within her voice this only encouraged him to bring the bottle closer to him as he glanced down towards the floor for a moment. "What do you think". Although it would certainly explain alot after all.... he had taken an instant disliking to Jason... No one had seen him.... He was the type of guy who didn't keep in touch with his emotions so when something like this was to happen it was no wonder why he was in this kind of state....

He had noticed how the brunette had remained oddly quiet during the remainder of the journey to her apartment although when she called him by his last name, even in the state he had gotten himself into he could tell that she wasn't in the best of moods with him. Remaining quiet himself as he slowly climbed from the back of the car he did stand up straight even if his balance was off but there was a good chance that he would not remember any of this conversation once the morning came around. "What the hell do you see in him Avery that you don't see in me...." he questioned although that would be a clear sign that he possessed feelings for his partner due to the way he worded it.

Now the young lockwood couldn't help but release a slight chuckle as she placed him in the back of his car but when she began the long drive towards her apartment he simply lent back into the chair holding the bottle of whiskey he succeeded to keep a hold of.
"Who are you kidding Avery, It's Jason this Jason that, i wouldn't be surprised if you've already crawled into bed with him". Now it would have been clear that perhaps Kyle was jealous in the slightest of ways but in reality that was only because he had denied his feelings for the brunette that now there seemed to be another person coming into the picture, it was a picture that he did not take a liking to.

After feeling the brunette slip her arm around him, this caused him to glance towards her however he did move from the bar stool just like she had motioned for him to do, only difference was that he had a tight grip on the whiskey Bottle that was currently in his hand which not even Avery would be able to pry from his hand. "You know you should be with your new Partner Jason" He spoke truthfully although in this state, he couldn't be held responsible for what was to leave his mouth. His Car keys hung loosely in his back pocket but now that Avery had been called in to deal with him, she would know just exactly what to do after all they had been good friends and partners for yers and she had helped him through many a crisis but this would have been the first time she was to see him in this wreck.

For the better part of a week no one had heard from Kyle, not even his work place had.
For the better part of a week he had just seemed to of disappeared, His supervisor noting that he had called in sick and could not work the week..... It was as if he had just vanished for that week however when he heard the familiar voice that could only belong to Avery, this caused him to pour himself another drink with a bottle that he had just helped himself to. He wasn't in a good state and he clearly was not Sober. God only knows how long he had been drinking for but the bar tender had been right to call in Avery because he had been drinking himself into what only seemed to be oblivion. "Oh Look it's Avery...... Come to the rescue" The slur to his voice only producing more evidence against his drunken state. "Clearly im Drinking" He added on before picking up the drink that he had poured for himself.
