    I'm a journalism student at Columbia College Chicago and a freelance writer for several publications in the Chicago area. I'm writing a feature article about the best webisodes on the Internet, featuring "The All-For-Nots." I'm looking to get some perspective from a fan of the show and fans of webisodes in general.     I’m not sure you understand the person you work for. That Is Mr. Eisner. He is a micromanager. Do you really think he is not watching your videos? If I did know Mr. Eisner, I’m sure he will be waiting for a phone call from the producers. And I’m sure the producers will be trying blame someone else. The fault of “ The all for nots” IS everyones fault. Everyone are paid by Mr. Eisner.
